2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and fulfil our services — including placing food delivery orders on your behalf via Baemin or Coupang Eats, coordinating airport arrival support, booking reservations requiring Korean identity verification, and assisting with expat administrative tasks.
- To communicate with you — responding to enquiries, sending booking confirmations, order updates, and delivery ETA notifications via WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, or email.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited situations:
- Service fulfilment: When placing orders on your behalf via Baemin or Coupang Eats, your delivery address is used solely to complete your order. Only the minimum necessary information is used.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not receive or store your payment card details. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES?
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather basic information when you interact with our website. These help us maintain security, prevent errors, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We may also allow third-party analytics providers to use tracking technologies on our website to help us understand how visitors use the site.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of our website may not function properly if you do so.
